As a side note.....our home teachers came over today. And guess what we talked about....Gilmore Girls-one of my favorite shows ever. Yep, we have pretty neat home teachers.

a new experience
Okay people, we tried it! Brent came home the other day with Batter Blaster. I wasn't sure how I felt about that, but he was pretty excited. We decided that for dinner tonight, we would have some waffles with Batter Blaster. We were pretty nervous about it, but what the heck....why not give it a try? You know how as waffles cook, they usually push the top and bottom of the waffle maker apart? These didn't. They were kinda flat. And floppy. But also kinda delightful. They aren't better than homemade by any means....but fun to try and experience.

Have you tried them as pancakes?
Haven't tried them as pancakes. Only waffles. Pancakes will be with the rest of the batter.
Fresh always has to be better...but a person never knows until they give the "new" things a chance. Brent looks content! The question is....will you buy the product again? Happy cooking.
